With more than 15 years' senior experience across brand, specialty retail, agency and shopper research, POPAI GM Lee McClymont has consulted to major global and national FMCG clients including Sony, Blackmores, Warner Bros, Mars, Lion, Orica, PepsiCo, Coca Cola, and Parmalat.
She also brings a wealth of blue chip client-side experience in category, channel , brand and commercial strategy to her role as General Manager of POPAI ANZ. Most recently, Lee has spent the past 2.5 years driving continuous improvement in company-owned stores for world’s #2 coatings and paint company, Valspar.
As a shopper marketing and insights specialist, Lee has contributed countless articles and publications on Shopper Marketing and Insights to the FMCG industry and other sectors. She is a leading commentator in the Australian retail industry.

Zita Watkin is a leader in the Australian retail marketing industry with over 18 years of marketing, design and manufacturing experience and countless creative and industry awards and accolades. As Marketing Manager at Active Display Group, one of Australia’s largest and most diverse designers, manufacturers and distributors of POP Display, Zita regularly travels internationally to gather Global Insights and case studies, which she has generously shared with the membership, at POPAI events.
Zita and her team at ADG are tireless industry advocates and supporters of POPAI. In 2016 ADG are POPAI’s Creative, Production and Human Resources Partners providing all Graphic Design, Production and HR services, as well as Event Series Sponsorship of the 2016 PDS events, and Creative Design Services for POPAI’s Awards Exhibition.
